Practice Description
I work with individuals, couples and families ranging from adolescence to retirees. With over a decade in the social service field I work with clients to find healthier ways of engaging with self and others.
Expertise in Gottman Couples Therapy, Recovering from Betrayal & Infidelity, Boundaries and Healthy Relationships, Parenting Support, Behavioural Intervention, ADHD-informed care, Trauma-informed practice and more. I have experience in various theoretical frameworks from Cognitive Behavioural, Emotion and solution-focused, somatic, Polyvagal theory, attachment, family systems, addiction and more. There is no one solution and more than one way to lead life so I will offer compassion, support and a customized therapeutic experience to achieve your goals. I’ll offer calm when things feel chaotic and compassion when you are feeling vulnerable. It’s my role to support you in achieving your therapeutic goals as efficiently and effectively as possible, in a safe, non-judgmental space and I would be honoured to support you on this journey.
Fees
Individual 50-min: $150+GST
Individual 80-min: $225+GST
Couples/Family 50-min: $190+GST
Couples/Family 80-min: $290+GST
For intensive sessions or pre-marital assessments, beyond 80-min, please contract directly for pricing.
